How do Aaiyyanists meditate?

The main purpose of Dravidian Aaiyyanist Yogic Meditation is to break down the barriers between us, and each other. Between our world and the many dimensions that exist around us. And ultimately break down the barriers between Us and Brahman's Oneness.

Most Dravidian Aaiyyanists (like mainstream Hinduism) perform mantras and rituals to enter into a meditative state. Many meditate in a Yogic position to achieve a sense of calm and oneness. One of the main visualisation techniques used, is to visualise oneself merging and dissolving with everything. As one trains their mind to become one with everything, then the spiritual will and mindset will surely follow.

The technique of mind meditation were first discussed in 1480 BC by Guru Bhimashankar Dattatriya and has evolved and been enlarged to become a whole way of life as witnessed by the S'uunya School of Aaiyyanism.

Having said all that, the main technique of Aaiyyanist meditation is not mind meditation but Erruttuyyan (Script) meditation. In other words, the main method that Aaiyyanists use to meditate and focus/clear ones mind is to draw the symbolic scripts that will open positive Lokas or negative Talas. This method of meditation stretches back (according to Aaiyyanist historians) around 100,000 years ago when Murugan-Aaiyyan first revealed the symbols that would open the portals between our world and the many dimensions that surround us. Thus from around 100,000 - 20,0000 years, the main method that Dravidian humans used to meditate and focus was to draw the symbols that opened up various Lokas and Talas to facilitate resonant energy transfer... to ultimately break down the barriers between us and Brahman.
